So, I actually had a woman do this to me. She was ranting and raving about how there was no one there to help her, and when someone would come down, she'd turn around and keep talking on her cell phone.
And...in case it's not obvious, Thornwolf is giving her new cell phone number to her friend that she's talking to on the phone there.
I do haveta admit though, I like that picture of Roanoke there on the left.
